Usage Instructions:
1.The product is oven safe up to 425 °F/220 °C. Remove the lid before placing the product under the broiler.
2.This cookware is compatible with Below stove types:

3.Always add cooking butter or liquid in the product to completely cover the base before placing it on the heat source.
4.Select a heat source size that matches the product base to avoid overheating the sides and damaging the handles. Keep handles away from direct heat.
5.Avoid using high heat on the stovetop. Preheat the product at a low temperature and gradually increase the heat for optimal cooking results.
6.Enamel coating acts as a non-stick surface and will prevent the food from sticking or burning while requiring minimal oil.
7.Do not use the product in the microwave or on outdoor grills.
8.The cast iron product is not freezer safe but can be used in the refrigerator for short periods for marinating.
Cleaning Instructions:
1.Clean the product carefully with a soft cloth in warm soapy water. Rinse and dry completely to prevent water spots. Do not store if the product is still damp.
2.Wash your cast iron cookware by hand. You can use a small amount of soap. If needed, use a pan scraper to stick on food.
3.To remove burned-on food, boil water with 2 or 3 tablespoons of baking soda for a few minutes.
4.For the removal of stubborn stains, fill the product with warm soapy water and let it stand for 15 to 20 minutes, then clean with a soft cloth and rinse.
5.Dry promptly and thoroughly with a lint-free cloth or paper towel. If you notice a little black residue on your towel, it's just seasoning and is perfectly normal.
6.Rub a very light layer of cooking oil or Seasoning Spray onto the surface of your cookware. Use a paper towel to wipe the surface until no oil residue remains.
