Easy!

Find the products you want to buy by searching for them or by browsing our collections.

Add these products to your basket with the 'Add to Cart’ button or buy
them right away with the Buy Now button.

Click your mini-basket from the top right of the screen and hit the
'Checkout Now' button.

Enter your shipping information and payment information and complete the order by hitting ‘Pay Now’ for electronic payment options or ‘Place your order’ for Cash on Delivery.

That’s it! You’re all done.

Yes, the amount you see at checkout is inclusive of VAT, which means you won’t have to pay anything additional. Your delivery charge or Cash on Delivery charge, if any, will also include VAT.

Yes, you can. Simply skip the sign-in process and shop as a guest. You’ll only need to enter your contact details, address and payment information when you check out.

We regularly update our product range with new items, but every once in a while you may miss out on something. Enter your email address in the Notify Me box next to the product, and you'll be the first to know when it's back in stock.

Returns

We understand that you may occasionally wish to return your purchases. We'll be happy to help you with the process.

We do not accept:
- Products damaged by misuse or showing signs of wear, even if they are still under warranty.
- Products that have been used, altered, assembled or installed, unless they are defective.
- Products that have already been assembled, unless there is a manufacturing defect. We reserve the right to check for defects and will repair or replace the defective products at our discretion.

If you have received a product that is damaged or defected, you can return the item within 14 days from the date you have received it, packed in its original packaging, along with the invoice or proof of purchase. Once we have received the product, we will inspect it and if it is damaged or defected, we will issue the refund to the same means of payment.
This process usually takes 1 week from the date we have received the returned product.

In case you received an item
which is wrong, you can get in touch with us either by calling us on +97144525420 or emailing us on customercare@almakaan.com and request for a return or an exchange.

Yes it will. Just make sure that you include your invoice when you return your order and your VAT will be refunded to the same mode of payment you used.

Yes, as long as it is less than 14 days from the day you received the order, and it is in its original package you can return the item. Just make sure that you have your invoice or proof of purchase when returning.

We will try our best to collect them within 3 working days. However, sometime it might take up to 1 week. Also public holidays will impact when the delivery team will collect your returned items.

If you have paid through Cash on Delivery (COD) you will get a refund in the form of cash.

Shipping & Tracking

We're sorry, at the moment we only deliver to addresses within the UAE.

Orders in UAE typically arrive within 1-3 days, however, for the Remote Areas in UAE it might take up to 1 week.

No, you won't be able to change it online. But you can ask for a change of address by giving us a call on +97144525420, or emailing us at customercare@almakaan.com before delivering your order. If you choose
to do that, though, remember that it may delay the delivery.

No you cannot fix a specific date and time for delivery, however you can provide us with your preferred delivery time slot at the cart page to keep that in mind when delivering to you.

Delivery usually occurs between 9:00 AM and 5:00 PM. If you are not available, our delivery team will contact you to arrange a new date and time that is convenient for you.

We only deliver to the address specified on the order. If you'd like us to deliver to multiple addresses, send your purchases as separate orders to different addresses. You can store multiple addresses in the My Account section.

In case you need to cancel your order before shipping is done, then you can give us a call on +97144525420, or email us at customercare@almakaan.com and we’ll cancel your order and refund you the full order amount.

Please ensure you cancel your order at least 24 hours before delivery time.

It depends on whether you return your order fully or partially. If you return the entire order, your Delivery charges will not be refunded.
