No, there is no minimum order value for online purchases on Al Makaan Store. You can place an order for a single item or multiple products based on your needs.
For bulk, or project-based orders, minimum quantities or values may apply. Our sales team will be happy to assist you with the best options.

Once your order is confirmed, you will receive an order confirmation email with your order details.

Unfortunately, out-of-stock items cannot be ordered at the moment. However, we regularly update our product range and restock popular items.

We deliver across the entire UAE, including remote areas.
For bulk or special delivery requirements, our team can assist in arranging suitable delivery solutions.
How much does delivery cost?
We offer free delivery within the UAE for orders above AED 199.
For orders below AED 199, a delivery charge of 20 AED will apply and will be shown at checkout.
For bulk or special deliveries, our team will confirm the delivery cost in advance.
How long does delivery take?
Delivery times vary depending on your location and the size of your order.
Most in-stock orders within the UAE are delivered within 1–4 working days.
For bulk, special, or remote-area deliveries, delivery timelines may vary, and our team will confirm the estimated delivery time once your order is processed.
Do you offer international shipping?
International shipping is available for bulk orders only, subject to delivery charges and logistics review.
For small orders, international shipping is not available at this time.
We also support direct container shipments from our factories worldwide to your stores or warehouses, providing a cost-effective solution for large-volume orders.
What happens if my delivery is delayed?

Yes, we do. We deliver to hotels, restaurants, cafés, and other commercial sites across the UAE, including bulk and project-based deliveries.
If a gate pass or prior approval is required for delivery, please inform us in advance to ensure a smooth delivery process.
What should I do if my order arrives damaged?
If your order arrives damaged, please contact our customer care team immediately and share clear photos of the damaged item and packaging.
Our team will review the case and guide you through the replacement or return process, in line with our return policy.
Can I change my delivery address after I’ve placed my order?
Delivery addresses cannot be changed online after an order is placed. However, you may request an address change by calling or WhatsApping us at +97144525420, or by emailing online@almakaan.com, before your order is dispatched.
Please note that changing the delivery address may result in a delay to your delivery.
Returns
What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 14 days from the date of delivery, subject to the following conditions:
We do not accept returns for:
- Products damaged due to misuse or showing signs of wear, even if they are still under warranty
- Products that have been used, altered, assembled, or installed, unless they are found to be defective
- Products that have already been assembled, unless there is a manufacturing defect
In the case of a manufacturing defect, we reserve the right to inspect the product and, at our discretion, repair or replace the item.

Can I return a product that I haven’t used because I’ve changed my mind?
Yes. You may return an unused product within 14 days from the date of delivery, provided it is in its original packaging and in resalable condition.
Please ensure you have your invoice or proof of purchase when requesting a return.
How long does it take for you to collect the returned items?
We aim to collect returned items within 3 working days. However, in some cases, collection may take up to 7 working days.
Please note that public holidays may affect collection schedules.
How will I get a refund if I paid by Cash on Delivery?
If you paid using Cash on Delivery, your refund will be issued in cash once the return is approved.
