How to use:

Season the tajin before using it for the first time. To do this, simply rub a thin layer of olive oil on the inside of the pot and lid. Then, place the tajin in a cold oven and turn the heat up to 350 degrees Fahrenheit. Bake the tajin for 30 minutes.
To cook a tagine, simply add your ingredients to the pot and layer them on top of each other. Then, add enough liquid to cover the ingredients by about an inch. Place the lid on the tajin and bake it in a preheated oven at 350 degrees Fahrenheit for 1-2 hours, or until the ingredients are tender.
Serve the tagine immediately with your favorite sides.

Care instructions:

Hand-wash the tajin with warm, soapy water.
Avoid using abrasive scrubbers or scouring pads, as these can damage the clay.
Allow the tajin to air dry completely before storing it.
