• Remove any labels first
• Before first use, you should rinse your new pan under hot water, dry it off and rub the non-stick coating lightly with vegetable oil or shortening.
• Non-stick pans are excellently suited for fat-reduced and fat-free cooking and frying.
• The anti-stick effectiveness of the pan may be reduced when using the wrong kind of fat or oil which cannot be heated to a high temperature, e.g. olive oil, or if it is frequently cleaned in the dishwasher.
• To protect yourself against hot metal surfaces, (in particular handles) please make sure to use gloves or hot pads when using cookware on the stove and in the oven.
• To Save Energy, cook at medium temperature.
• To maintain your high-quality cookware, avoid sharp-edged or pointed utensils.
• Signs of use (scratches) by no means impair the function of the cookware.
• For cleaning, water, a detergent, and a soft sponge will suffice.
• If the handle of your pan becomes loose, tighten the screw on the handle using screwdriver.
• Use hot fat with caution. Do not leave the hot pan unattended.
• Do not extinguish burning fat with water. Use lid or fire extinguisher.
