Delivery Charges

• Free delivery within the UAE on orders above AED 199
  
• Orders below AED 199 are subject to a AED 20 delivery fee, shown at checkout
  
• For bulk or special deliveries, delivery costs will be confirmed in advance by our team
  

Delivery Timeframes

• Most in-stock orders are delivered within 1–4 working days
  
• Delivery times may vary based on location, order size, bulk quantities, or remote areas
  
• For bulk, special, or remote-area deliveries, our team will confirm the estimated delivery time once your order is processed

Returns Policy

We accept returns within 14 days from the date of delivery, subject to the conditions below.

Eligible Returns

• Products must be unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition
  
• A valid invoice or proof of purchase is required when requesting a return
  

Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

• Products damaged due to misuse or showing signs of wear, even if still under warranty
  
• Products that have been used, altered, assembled, or installed, unless a manufacturing defect is identified
  
• Products that have already been assembled, except in cases of a confirmed manufacturing defect
  

Manufacturing Defects

• In case of a manufacturing defect, we reserve the right to inspect the product
  
• Based on inspection, the item may be repaired or replaced at our discretion
  

Return Collection

• We aim to collect returned items within 3-4 working days
  
• In some cases, collection may take up to 7 working days
  
• Collection timelines may be affected by public holidays
