Delivery Charges

• Free delivery within the UAE on orders above AED 199
  
• Orders below AED 199 are subject to a AED 20 delivery fee, shown at checkout

Delivery Timeframes

• Most in-stock orders are delivered within 1–4 working days

Returns Policy

We accept returns within 14 days from the date of delivery, subject to the conditions below.

Eligible Returns

• Products must be unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition
  
• A valid invoice or proof of purchase is required when requesting a return
  

Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

• Products damaged due to misuse or showing signs of wear, even if still under warranty
  
• Products that have been used, altered, assembled, or installed, unless a manufacturing defect is identified
  
• Products that have already been assembled, except in cases of a confirmed manufacturing defect
  

Manufacturing Defects

• In case of a manufacturing defect, we reserve the right to inspect the product
  
• Based on inspection, the item may be repaired or replaced at our discretion
  

Return Collection

• We aim to collect returned items within 3-4 working days
  
• In some cases, collection may take up to 7 working days
